The Untamed Voice
The Untamed Voice is an experiential workshop exploring the power of your natural voice as a way to connect more deeply with yourself, your body and your authentic expression.
So many of us have learned to hold our voices back. We make ourselves quieter. We swallow words, sounds and emotion. We judge the sounds we make or believe that our voice needs to sound a particular way.
This is an invitation to explore something different.
Through breath, movement and a range of vocal exercises and processes, you’ll be guided to discover more of your voice, explore where you may be holding back, and experience what becomes possible when you give yourself permission to sound freely.
We’ll work individually, with partners and together as a group, creating opportunities to explore connection, expression, listening and the extraordinary experience of voices sounding together.
There is no singing ability or previous experience required. There are no right or wrong sounds, and you don’t need to have a “good voice”.
BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL.
